A reputation for excellence, hard work and service saw SMA’s business grow rapidly, driven by word-of-mouth recommendation. As the business grew, the appointment in 2000 of Catherine Morgan as Business Manager helped to give a more efficient and effective structure and direction. The company has recently further strengthened its Civil and Structural Engineering expertise with the addition of key technical staff.

The company has offices in central Newport in the shadow of Newport Civic Centre and the company enjoys a strong and positive relationship with the local authority. Steve Morgan Associates has become a well-respected and established practice in the Newport and surrounding area, and Steve’s experience has even been employed by several TV programmes, including Property Ladder, Build a New Life in the Country, The Hotel Inspector and Doctor Who.

Since 2003, the company has doubled its turnover strengthened by repeat business from existing clients, and new clients who have come to us through recommendation. SMA is increasingly looking towards sustainability and renewable energy as areas for future business growth.
