We are looking for a driven professional to join our enthusiastic team as we continue to be the leading independent engineering practice in south Wales.

As our new Senior Structural Engineer, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and contribute to a hard-working team ethic that is both challenging and rewarding in equal measure. You will be a proven communicator with stellar project management experience with an ability to manage more junior members of the team.

Here are the minimum requirements we would expect from you before joining our team:

• A recognised engineering qualification.
• Autocad experience.
• You must have experience of building structures and reinforced concrete detailing.
• Experience of Tekla structures is considered advantageous but not essential.
• You should have experience of financial control of projects, fee bids, running small teams and carrying out the day to day liaison with clients.
• You will be expected to be responsible for assisting junior staff, so an experience of this would be beneficial.
• It is essential that you have design experience in reinforced concrete, steel and timber structures.
